‘Blows with the Wind’ competes in Indian film fest

Iranian animation ‘Blows with the Wind’ has been scheduled to go on screen at the 2nd edition of NPS International Children’s Film Festival in India.

Directed by Hozhir As’adi, the short animation is to shine at the Indian film festival. The number of international festivals that this short animation has so far attended is 16.

The short animation narrates the story of a scarecrow that faces some unpleasant events. The scarecrow becomes human and breaks away from those situations. On the way he sees two other scarecrows whose conditions are not better than that of him. Thus he is on the horns of a dilemma and must make a hard decision.

The NPS International Children's Film Festival is a not-to-profit, non-commercial and independent film festival, established in the year 2015 in Guwahati, Assam with a mission to celebrate the cinema and works related to children of aspiring, young, independent and professional filmmakers. Its aim is to recognize the enlightening, entertaining and progressive new age cinema of children, youth and experienced filmmakers.
